Following on from their successful colladboration last year with The World According To..., life seen through the surreal eyes of two ECHO journalists, the Comedy Festival has the pleasure of announcing their sequel. A collection of innovative cartoons with words by Peter Grant and illustrations by Tony Hall.
The exhibition will trace Liverpool's 800 year history through Grant and Hall admit 'we have mixed fact with fiction'.
Phil Key, of the Daily Post, said of their work: 'They have an unusual take on life and it shows in these warm and humourous creations.'
Comedian Stan Boardman said: 'I actually bought a couple of their cartoons so to get me to part with my money - they have to be good.'
Says Grant: 'We work like Elton John and Bernie Taupin. I write the words and fax them to Tony and he works on his computer. Mind you, we haven't got their money.'
